How lane bookings work.
How long is a pool lane booking?
Each pool lane booking is 40 minutes. Please exit the pool promptly at the end of your session so the next person can start on time.
How do cancellations work?
If you've made a booking and can't attend, please cancel so another person can use the lane. Cancel via the Freedom App, via the website, or call us on 0404 756 063. Pass and casual fees may apply if you no-show.
Can I book two slots back-to-back?
Please only book one time slot per person. Pass-holders will have one pass deducted per booking. Full members wanting a second consecutive slot can either buy a 10 or 15 pass, or pay a $15 casual visit fee for the additional slot.
Is the pool heated year-round?
Yes — the 25-metre indoor pool is heated all year. Temperatures sit in the comfortable lap-swimming range (28–30°C) so you can train through winter without an outdoor reluctance hurdle.
What's provided on-deck?
Kickboards, floating belts and pool showers are all provided. Bring your own swimwear, goggles, cap and towel. Lockers are available in the change rooms.
Do I need to be a member to swim?
No — anyone can swim with a $15 casual visit. If you're swimming regularly, the 10-pass at $95 or a full membership from $18/week works out cheaper. Members get pool access included.
