Where and when does bootcamp run?
Every Friday at 6:30am at Victoria Park — meet us on the sweat track. Sessions run rain, hail, or shine; we only call it off in genuinely unsafe conditions and we'll notify booked attendees.
What do I bring?
A yoga mat, water, and clothes you can sweat in. We bring everything else — bands, weights, cones, the works.
I'm a beginner — will I be able to keep up?
Yes. Every workout is scaled at multiple levels so beginners and experienced trainees can train side by side. The coach walks through scaling options at the start of each session.
How do I book?
Book the Bootcamp Class for Friday 6:30am on our schedule via the Freedom App, the website, or by giving us a call. We do recommend booking — turnout can be high.
How do you track my progress?
Every 8 weeks we run fitness assessments and a body composition (InBody) scan so you can see what's actually improving. It's not just a scale number — strength, body fat, muscle mass and conditioning are all tracked.
Is bootcamp included in my membership?
Bootcamp sits alongside memberships — talk to the team at reception or via the app and we'll set up the best access for your situation.
