Commercial Painting Brisbane.

Commercial painting demands more than a residential crew can offer — scheduling flexibility, OH&S compliance, coordination with other trades, and a finish that represents your business. Empire Painting has been delivering commercial results since 2007.

Empire Painting commercial painting project Brisbane

From body corporate complexes and strata units to offices, retail fit-outs and industrial premises — Empire Painting has the experience, licensing and insurance to handle jobs of any commercial scale. We're fully QBCC licensed, hold public liability insurance, and all staff are covered by WorkCover Queensland.

Tony personally project-manages every commercial job, coordinating access windows, minimising downtime and communicating with building managers throughout. Kay Johnson's body corporate committee chose Empire Painting precisely because they could work flexibly around all the different owners — and they delivered on time, on budget.

/ FAQ

Commercial Painting. Your questions.

Can you paint occupied commercial premises?
Yes. We regularly work in occupied offices and retail spaces, scheduling work outside business hours or in sections to minimise disruption. Low-odour Dulux commercial paints are used where required.
Are you set up for body corporate painting?
Absolutely. Body corporate jobs are a specialty — Tony has experience coordinating with strata managers and working around resident and tenant schedules. We're Dulux Accredited, which is a common body corporate requirement.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes. Empire Painting holds full public liability insurance. Certificates of currency are available on request for body corporate and commercial clients.
Can you handle multi-storey commercial buildings?
Yes. We work on multi-storey buildings using scaffolding, elevated work platforms and rope access as required. All operators are trained and certified for working at heights.
How far in advance should I book commercial work?
For larger commercial projects, 4–6 weeks notice is ideal. Smaller commercial jobs can often be scheduled within 1–2 weeks. Contact us early for end-of-financial-year repaint scheduling.
Do you provide colour consultation for commercial clients?
Yes. For offices and retail premises where brand colours matter, we work with your brand guidelines and Dulux's commercial colour matching to deliver accurate results.
What's included in a commercial painting quote?
A full site visit, detailed scope of works, itemised pricing, proposed schedule, paint specifications, and relevant certificates. Everything you need for a body corporate AGM submission or internal approval process.
Can you paint a restaurant or café during non-trading hours?
Yes. We've done exactly that — completing interior repaints overnight and on Mondays for hospitality clients. We clean and clear before trading hours and leave no trace.
