Tony Ledwith founded Empire Painting in Indooroopilly in 2007 with a simple aim: raise the standard of painting in Brisbane. Over 18 years, that commitment has earned Empire a Dulux Accreditation, a seat on the board of the Master Painters Association of Queensland, and a reputation that fills the diary through word of mouth alone.
Tony personally quotes every job, project-manages every crew, and returns for every defect call. There are no faceless account managers, no call centres, no subcontractors you've never met. The team that quotes is the team that paints.
When he's not working, Tony and wife Xanthe are camping around Queensland with their two daughters or out rock climbing together. Family-first values translate directly into how the business is run — respectful of your home, honest about what it needs, and never cutting corners.
