How does online strength coaching work?
After signing up, Chris builds your personalised training program based on your goals, experience level and available equipment. You train using the app, log your sessions, and receive weekly feedback and program updates from Chris directly.
Do I need a gym membership?
Not necessarily. Programs can be designed for commercial gyms, home gyms, or minimal equipment setups. Chris will ask about your available equipment during the intake process and build accordingly.
How often will I train per week?
Training frequency is based on your schedule and goals — typically 3 to 5 sessions per week. Chris programs the optimal frequency for your recovery and progress.
What app do you use for program delivery?
Real Coaching uses a coaching app that allows you to view your program, log sets and reps, track progress and message Chris directly — all in one place.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime with 7 days notice before your next billing cycle.
How long until I see results?
Most clients notice increased strength and improved performance within the first 4–6 weeks. Visible physique changes typically appear from 8–12 weeks with consistent training and effort.
