What is online fitness coaching?
Online fitness coaching delivers personalised training programs, nutrition plans and coach support remotely — via app, messaging and video. You train on your own schedule while having direct access to a qualified coach for programming, feedback and accountability.
Is online coaching as effective as in-person training?
Yes — for most people, online coaching delivers equal or better results than in-person training because it's available full-time, not just during a session. Weekly check-ins, app-based tracking and direct messaging create more consistent accountability and data-driven adjustments.
What programs does Real Coaching offer?
Real Coaching offers three programs: Strength Online Training ($45/week), Fitness, Strength and Nutrition ($69/week — most popular), and Nutrition Program Only ($59/week). All include weekly check-ins and direct coach access.
Do I need equipment or a gym membership?
Not necessarily. Programs can be designed for commercial gyms, home gyms or minimal equipment setups. Chris will ask about your available equipment during the intake process and build your program accordingly.
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients notice increased strength and improved energy within the first 4–6 weeks. Visible physique changes typically appear from 8–12 weeks with consistent training and nutrition.
Can I do in-person training with Real Coaching?
Yes. In-person training is available at Macgregor, Brisbane (568 Kessels Rd) Monday to Sunday, 6am–7pm. Contact Chris to discuss in-person availability and scheduling.

What app do you use for program delivery?
Real Coaching uses a dedicated coaching app where you can view your program, log sessions, track progress and message Chris directly — all in one place.
How much does Real Coaching cost?

How often will I hear from my coach?
At minimum, you'll have a structured weekly check-in with Chris. The Fitness, Strength and Nutrition program includes 2× weekly check-ins. Outside of check-ins, you can message Chris directly through the app at any time.
Is Real Coaching suitable for beginners?
Yes. Programs are designed for all experience levels — from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers looking to break through a plateau. Chris builds the program around where you are right now and progresses from there.
