A one hour session that helps runners identify their own warm-up, speed work, 5km and longer-run paces. It covers 5km of running at the runner's own pace.
A practical posture and technique session for non-runners through to established runners, mixing running, talking and demonstration.
A recovery session covering running stretches and PNF stretching. Runners are asked to bring a mat and warm gear.
A non-running question-and-answer session covering training programs, running nutrition, mental running, endurance and speed work.
