Marie Bean is a fitness consultant, running trainer and remedial massage diploma holder. Lazy Runner describes her nursing background, sports massage work in AFL football clubs and Certificate IV in personal training.
Marie says Lazy Runner grew from her own Gold Coast marathon preparation in 2006, with a focus on safe training, improved fitness and keeping running enjoyable.
