Lazy Runner programs start with a questionnaire and then use weekly feedback so the next week's training matches the runner's progress.
- Starts with a personal questionnaire covering health, fitness, past running, timetable and goals.
- Weekly email contact and telephone backup with the trainer.
- The plan starts from the fitness level you are at now and adjusts from weekly feedback.
- Includes tips on running, diet, injury and other parts of fitness requested by the runner.
