iGrass Services is Ivan — a single owner-operator running lawn and garden care across Brisbane's inner north. From a regular fortnightly mow in Alderley, to a hedge that's been on the same trim cycle for years, to the kind of complex landscaping job that involves tree cuttings, soil movement and a complete reshape of someone's yard, it's all done by the same person.

That matters more than people realise. With a one-person business you don't deal with a different crew every visit, you don't hand over to a stranger, and you don't end up on the phone explaining the same thing twice. Ivan picks up, Ivan quotes, Ivan turns up, Ivan does the work, and Ivan invoices you afterwards. The whole loop is one phone number.

Most of our work is repeat work.

The bulk of iGrass Services is regular customers — homes around Alderley, Stafford Heights, Everton Park and Mitchelton where Ivan has been the lawn-and-garden person for years. New customers usually come from referrals or from a one-off job (a re-turf, an overgrown garden tidy, a hedge that's gotten away) that turns into a regular booking once you see how the yard looks afterwards.

How a job typically goes.

1. Call or text. 0477 000 517 — tell us your suburb, what you need and any access notes.
2. Free quote. Quick jobs we can quote by phone or photos. Bigger jobs we come and look, free.
3. Booked in. Once you've agreed the price, we put you in the next available slot in your area.
4. The work. Done by Ivan — equipment, materials, disposal all included unless quoted separately.
5. Invoice. Emailed afterwards, with seven days to pay by bank transfer.

What we'll always tell you.

If something isn't the right job for us — a structural retaining wall, a major drainage build, an arborist-grade tree job — we'll say so and, where we can, point you to someone we trust. The work we do well is the work this site lists; we don't take on jobs we shouldn't.
