We offer Seniors Fitness classes as well as personalised Personal Training to meet your specific fitness needs:

Small class sizes (up to 10 people) with personal attention.

Exercise selections based on age requirements: balance, strength, proprioception, stretching and movements to assist in everyday life.

Tailored exercises based on your medical, exercise and injury history. We work with other medical professionals eg GP, physio if you have a treatment plan

A safe and inviting environment eg indoors and no loud blaring music unlike some typical gyms

Family feel. Why….you are probably training with my parents as well!!

Regular community events: Coffee catch ups, weekend bushwalks, etc

Experienced trainers: Specialised qualifications for Senior’s training and chronic health conditions

Seniors Fitness suits clients who want coaching that starts from their current fitness, health history and goals.

What happens before I start?

Cameron uses a health and fitness conversation to understand your goals, movement history, lifestyle and practical constraints.

Can sessions be adjusted for beginners?

Yes. Sessions can be scaled for beginners and progressed as confidence, technique and recovery improve.

How do I get started?

Is this only for weight loss?

No. Clients also use coaching for strength, energy, posture, movement quality, confidence and sustainable health routines.

Do I need special equipment?

Most coaching is planned around the studio setting and the type of session you choose, so any equipment needs are discussed before you begin.
