Boxing continues to proves long lasting and effective results for clients. As well as the significant benefits of boxing, it is a great way for you to reach your goals, share experiences and meet others along the way in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. We limit our classes numbers to ensure a more personal and hands-on approach and we use the internationally recognized and leading name in Boxing for Fitness – Thump Boxing.

Can sessions be adjusted for beginners?

Yes. Sessions can be scaled for beginners and progressed as confidence, technique and recovery improve.

Is this only for weight loss?

No. Clients also use coaching for strength, energy, posture, movement quality, confidence and sustainable health routines.

Do I need special equipment?

Most coaching is planned around the studio setting and the type of session you choose, so any equipment needs are discussed before you begin.
