Ingredients: 4 large egg 450g Cottage cheese 120g Rolled oats 1 tsp.

Oatmeal Cottage Cheese Waffles

1 sweet potato, peeled, grated coarsely

1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth. Set the waffle batter aside for 5 minutes while the waffle iron is preheating.

2. Brush the waffle iron with a little of the olive sil. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until the waffles are golden brown, cooking time will vary depending on your waffle iron.

3. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings
