Group Training Membership – Terms And Conditions – Jan 2020
Welcome to Core Health Coaching! To get the most value from your membership, it is important to read the session policies, payment processes and your “Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk” with our coaching and physical training. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
If you are late for your group session, it will still finish at the pre-arranged time.
You are welcome to freeze your membership from a minimum of two (2) weeks up to eight (8) weeks during your membership term.
All group sessions should be completed within the original agreed term. If for some reasons (eg time freeze), any additional make-up or unused sessions are remaining, they will expire 3 months from the original term expiry.
If for any reason, you should require to cancel your Group Training Membership within your minimum term, you have the flexibility of either transferring your membership to another person (approval required) , or paying 50% of the remaining value of the program.

Please allow 3 business days for payments to be amended and you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your request.
In some cases, depending on the payment date/cycle, your payment may still be processed but the amendment will apply to the following payments. In the case of cancellations, we will provide a refund as soon as possible after receipt of the final payment.
A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to cancel your membership.
Our direct debit system is via Ezidebit and we absorb the set up and ongoing costs except for the dishonor payment. This system ensures the security of your payment details.
