Crispy Potato Salad
sea salt & black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp. dill, chopped For the dressing:
4 tbsp. plant based natural yogurt
2 tbsp. vegan mayonnaise
1. Preheat the oven to 180ÂșC.
2.Boil the potatoes, then drain them and place on a tray and mash them.
3. Add some olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4.Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
5.Place all the ingredients for the dressing into a large bowl and mix well to combine.
6.Add the remaining salad vegetables, along with the baked potatoes and serve immediately.
