Leaking taps, running toilets, water pumps and rainwater tanks — the everyday plumbing that keeps a home or business running properly. We handle all of it.

The everyday plumbing, done properly

Most plumbing is not dramatic — it is the leaking tap that wastes water every day, the toilet that runs all night, the pump that has stopped, the tap washer that needs replacing. Left alone, small jobs quietly cost money on the water bill and tend to get worse.

Our plumbers handle the full range of domestic and commercial maintenance: leaking and dripping taps, blocked and leaking toilets, water pumps, rainwater tanks, and the supply and repair of fixtures throughout the property. With stocked vehicles, most maintenance jobs are completed in a single visit.

Installation and fixtures

Beyond repairs, we install and replace bathroom and kitchen fixtures — toilets, taps, vanity units, shower heads, basins, sinks and mixers — as well as garbage disposal units, water pumps and rainwater tanks.

Whether it is a single tap or a full set of new fixtures, you get an upfront quote before work begins and 12-month workmanship warranty on the job.

General Plumbing & Maintenance FAQ

Your questions, answered

What does general plumbing cover?+
General plumbing and maintenance covers the everyday work that keeps a property running: leaking and dripping taps, running or leaking toilets, water pumps, rainwater tanks, hot water valves, and the supply and repair of fixtures throughout the home or business. It also includes installation work such as new taps, toilets, vanity units, shower heads, basins, sinks, mixers and garbage disposal units. If it involves the water in your property and it is not an emergency or a renovation, it generally falls under general plumbing.
Can you fix a leaking tap or toilet?+
Yes — these are among the most common jobs we do. A dripping tap or a toilet that keeps running wastes a surprising amount of water and quietly adds to your bill, and both are usually straightforward to fix. Our plumber will identify whether it is a washer, a valve, a worn part or the fixture itself, give you an upfront quote, and carry out the repair. In many cases it is completed in the same visit.
Do you install and repair water pumps and rainwater tanks?+
Yes. Water pumps and rainwater tanks are part of our general plumbing work. We install, repair and replace water pumps, and we handle rainwater tank plumbing including the connections that feed water into and out of the tank. If a pump has stopped or a tank is not delivering water the way it should, our plumber can diagnose the cause and quote the repair before starting.
How do you price general plumbing jobs?+
Every general plumbing job is quoted upfront before work begins, so there are no unexpected charges. Because jobs vary — a single tap washer is very different from replacing several fixtures — we look at the actual work rather than quoting a fixed figure blind over the phone. Our reputation is built on competitive, honest pricing, and you will always know the cost before we start.
Do you do scheduled maintenance?+
Yes. Alongside one-off repairs, we carry out preventative and scheduled maintenance, which is particularly valuable for businesses and for landlords managing properties. Regular checks catch small problems — a worn valve, an early leak, a struggling pump — before they become disruptive or expensive. Talk to us about what a maintenance schedule could look like for your property.
Will you give me a quote before starting?+
Always. Before any work begins, our plumber will provide you with an upfront quote so you can avoid unexpected charges. This applies to the smallest tap repair as much as to a larger job. If something unforeseen comes to light once work is underway, we stop and talk to you about it rather than simply pressing on and adding to the bill.
Do you cover both houses and units?+
Yes. We carry out general plumbing and maintenance for houses, units, townhouses and commercial premises across the greater Brisbane region. The plumbing principles are the same; the access and layout differ, and our plumbers are used to working in all of them. If you are in a unit or strata property and are not sure how a repair should be arranged, we can talk you through it.
