We are based in Hawthorne and service the greater Brisbane region, including the Brisbane City Council, Logan City Council and Redland City Council areas, as well as Ipswich and the Gold Coast. Are you available for emergency plumbing?+
Yes. We have a plumber on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with emergency after-hours work. During office hours your call comes straight through to the team, and outside those hours the phone diverts to one of our plumbers so a real person can help. Burst pipes, major leaks and blocked toilets do not wait for business hours, so neither do we. If you have an urgent problem, call us and we will talk you through what to do while help is on the way.
Are your plumbers licensed?+
Yes. Aussie Plumbers has a team of licensed plumbers servicing the greater Brisbane region. Plumbing and drainage work in Queensland must be carried out by a licensed plumber, and we take that seriously across both domestic and commercial jobs. If you would like to confirm licensing details for your particular job, just ask when you contact us and we are happy to talk it through before any work begins.
How does your pricing work?+
We believe in being upfront about cost. Before any work starts, our plumber will provide you with an upfront quote so there are no unexpected charges later. Pricing depends on the job in front of us rather than a fixed figure over the phone, which is why we look at the work first. Our reputation is built on competitive pricing and honest service, and several of our customers mention that we do not load every job with call-out fees and hourly-rate surprises.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?+
Yes. All of our workmanship carries a 12-month warranty, with the exception of general wear and tear and blocked drains that were cleared but not repaired at the source. We are confident in the standard of our work and stand behind it. If something is not right with a job we completed, contact us and we will come back and make it right. We are happy to explain exactly what the warranty covers for your specific job before we begin.
Do you offer a discount for seniors?+
Yes. We offer a senior discount to all Queensland seniors card holders. If you hold a valid Queensland seniors card, let us know when you contact us or when our plumber arrives, and the discount will be applied to your job. It is part of how we look after the local community we work in across Brisbane, Logan and the Redlands.
