A bad aircon install is the kind of thing you live with for the next decade — visible cabling running across a feature wall, drainage that dribbles down the cladding, units that hum because the bracket isn't level. Tier One does a small number of installs each week so we can do each one properly.
We'll quote off your floor plan and a quick site visit, and book the install around the rest of the work happening at your house. Most single-room installs are done in a day; multi-head systems run two or three.

Do you supply the unit, or do I bring my own?
Both works. Most clients ask us to source the unit — we'll recommend a sizing and brand based on the room and how often you'll run it, and pass on trade pricing where we can. Or, if you've already bought the unit, we'll install it.
How long does an install take?
A standard single-head install in a straightforward house is one full day. Multi-head systems are two to three days, depending on how many indoor units and how the cable run goes. We'll give you the exact day count when we quote.
Can you replace an old unit with a new one in the same spot?
Yes — straight swap-overs are common. We disconnect and remove the old unit, dispose of it correctly, mount the new unit, run the new pipework if needed, and commission it. Most replacement jobs are done in a single visit.
Do you cover Brisbane?
Yes — installs go out across Brisbane and into Caboolture, Cleveland, Pimpama and Ipswich. If you're in the greater Brisbane area, we can quote.
What about regassing an existing unit?
We can regas existing systems where the unit is in good order and the leak has been identified and fixed. If a system is past it, we'll tell you straight rather than throwing money at gas that won't hold. Arctick licensed (#L152701).
How quickly can you book an install?
Usually within a week or two for non-urgent installs, sometimes sooner if there's a gap. For replacements where the existing unit has died, we'll prioritise getting you sorted as quickly as we can.
Will you tidy up afterwards?
Yes — drop sheets down before we start, and the area swept and vacuumed when we leave. Old units get taken away and disposed of correctly, not left for you to deal with.
