Jake started Tier One because he wanted to run a Brisbane electrical business the way he'd want one done at his own house — turn up when promised, give a real quote, leave the work tidy. The reviews wall is the proof that's actually how it goes on every job.
Most weeks Jake is on the tools five days, with Jen running the bookings and quoting. Domestic electrical, split-system installs, and aircon cleaning are the bread-and-butter; the work radius is greater Brisbane out to Caboolture, Cleveland, Pimpama and Ipswich.
The business is fully licensed (Electrical Licence #91824 and Arctick Refrigeration Licence #L152701) and insured for residential work.
