Do you cover the whole of Auckland?
Yes. Our mobile units travel across the greater Auckland region — including South Auckland, East Tamaki, Penrose, Onehunga, North Shore and West Auckland — and into Waikato. If you have a fleet anywhere between Manukau and Hamilton, we can put you on a wash schedule that fits your operations.
How often should I have my trucks washed?
It depends on the work the fleet does and the image you want presented. Most of our customers run a weekly or fortnightly programme; some go monthly. We'll talk through what suits your sites and let you set the cadence — and changing it later is no drama.
Do you wash overnight or on weekends?
Yes. Our scheduling is flexible 24/7 so we can wash when your trucks are stationary. That usually means evenings, overnight or weekends — whatever keeps your gear out of the line and on the road during work hours.
Is the wastewater handled properly?
Yes — and this is non-negotiable for us. Every mobile unit carries an onboard wastewater reclamation system that captures every drop. Nothing enters drains or waterways. We can provide details of our environmental compliance for your site induction or auditor on request.
Are you insured for working on our yard?
Yes. Powerwash carries full public liability and contractor insurance, and our team is backed by robust health and safety systems. We can provide certificates of currency and our SWMS for your contractor pre-qualification.
What payment methods do you accept?
EFTPOS for one-off washes at our bay, and we run trade accounts for fleet customers — usually invoiced monthly. Talk to us about an account application and we'll set you up.
Can you wash heavy machinery and trailers too?
Yes. We wash trucks, trailers, motorhomes, plant machinery and heavy equipment. If it's dirty and it rolls (or doesn't), we can clean it. Talk to us about your specific gear and we'll confirm the right wash programme.
