"I founded Powerwash in 2016 after seeing firsthand the high costs and inefficiencies of traditional truck washing — whether it was the expense of sending trucks offsite or the hassle and maintenance of in-house washing."
With a background in transport management, I understood that fleet owners and managers have far more important things to focus on than truck washing. At the same time, I recognised the importance of maintaining clean equipment and a professional brand image.
Our mission at Powerwash is simple: to help fleet operators maintain a clean, well-presented image while saving time and money. By eliminating wasted driver hours in truck wash queues and offering tailored wash programmes, we improve productivity and give businesses full control over their fleet washing costs.
Environmental responsibility is at the heart of our operation. We use advanced wastewater reclamation systems to ensure full compliance and protect our environment. Beyond fleet washing, we also provide 24/7 rapid-response oil spill cleanups, onsite steam cleaning, specialist services including acid washing, and heavy machinery cleaning.
Today, we wash over 45,000 trucks annually across the Auckland and Waikato regions, and we're proud to support New Zealand businesses in keeping their fleets clean, compliant, and road-ready.
