Train in our boutique facility

Phoenix is a boutique gym — not a 24/7 chain. We keep the member base limited on purpose so the equipment is free when you arrive, the space stays clean, and you're a person to us, not a number. Many of our members have been with us for over a decade. There's a reason for that.

Before you join.

How do gym memberships work and how much do they cost?

Memberships start from $13.95 per week with a 12-week minimum commitment. We offer different membership tiers depending on how often you'll train and how you'd like to pay. Your first week is free — come and try the studio before committing. Get in touch and we'll walk you through the options.

When can I train? Is it 24/7?

The studio is open 4:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week — including weekends and public holidays. That's 18 hours a day, every day. It's not 24/7 because we like the space to be cleaned, refreshed and rested overnight — but the open hours cover before-work, lunchtime, after-work and late-evening training easily.

Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?

The minimum commitment is 12 weeks. We do this on purpose: in our experience, real strength results — both physical and habit-based — take at least 12 weeks to show up. After the initial 12 weeks, ongoing membership is flexible. We'll cover the exact terms when you sign up.

What equipment is in the studio?

Full functional gym layout: squat racks, half-racks, dumbbells across the full range, adjustable benches, cable machines, leg press and core strength machines. Plus cardio — treadmills, rowers, bikes, conditioning gear. Built around the way we train, with the functional strength tools front and centre rather than buried in the back of the room.

Can I bring a friend or guest?

Guest passes are available — get in touch in advance to organise one. Because we run a limited-member model, we ask that you let us know rather than just turning up with a guest, so we can make sure the studio doesn't get over capacity. Members and guests both fall under the same gym rules.

Do you have parking?

Yes — we have on-site parking and plenty of street parking around Lyons Terrace. The studio is less than 3km from Brisbane CBD so members coming in from the city centre or Newmarket, Wilston, Wooloowin and Lutwyche have a short trip.

Can I add personal training to my membership?

Yes — many members do exactly that. Use the gym as much as you like during opening hours, and book in for personal training when you want focused coaching, a fresh program, or to push through a plateau. PT sessions are priced per session and bookable directly with the trainer that suits you.
