With over 18 years in the fitness industry, Jarreau (Jay) Robson is the founder of Phoenix Physique and a passionate advocate for the life-changing power of strength training. Since opening the studio in 2007, Jay has helped countless individuals build not just physical strength, but the foundation for a healthier, more independent life at any age.

His coaching style focuses on correct form, reducing the risk of injury, and building confidence through proper technique — empowering clients with the tools and knowledge to train smart for life. Committed to evolving his expertise, Jay stays at the forefront of evidence-based training practices, always seeking out the most effective strategies.

Cat is a seasoned personal trainer with nearly two decades of experience. Her programming centres on the classic strength foundations — squats, deadlifts, lunges, rows, presses and chins — because she knows consistent basics deliver lasting results. No fads, no fluff, just honest training for life.
