By using the services of Imperial Rug Clean (ABN 65 229 620 148), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Imperial Rug Clean and its customers for rug cleaning and related services.
Imperial Rug Clean provides professional rug washing, stain removal, eco-friendly treatment, and associated pickup and delivery services across South East Queensland. Services are described on our website and confirmed at the time of booking.
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if the rug's actual condition, size, or requirements differ from the initial description. We will advise you of any price changes before proceeding with cleaning.
Free pickup and delivery is included for services within our designated service area. You are responsible for ensuring rugs are accessible for collection at the agreed time. Imperial Rug Clean is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
While every precaution is taken during cleaning, Imperial Rug Clean cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, particularly old or set-in stains. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, inherent weakness in fibres, or colour loss resulting from normal cleaning processes applied to deteriorated rugs.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the result, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a re-treatment at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to services performed by Imperial Rug Clean and does not cover pre-existing conditions or unrealistic expectations.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
