Will stain removal affect my rug's colours?
No — we use colour-safe, pH-balanced solvents specifically chosen to protect rug dyes. We test on a small inconspicuous area before treating visible sections on delicate or antique rugs.
Should I treat the stain myself before contacting you?
We recommend blotting (not rubbing) excess liquid with a clean cloth, but avoid applying home cleaning products, vinegar, or baking soda — these can set the stain or damage fibres, making professional removal harder. Contact us as soon as possible for the best result.
How long does stain removal take?
Stain removal is always combined with a full deep wash. Most rugs are returned within 3–5 business days. We'll confirm your turnaround when we collect.
Is the stain removal service included in the deep wash price?
Pre-treatment for standard stains is included as part of our deep wash service. Heavily stained rugs or those requiring multiple specialist treatments may be quoted separately — we'll always advise you upfront before proceeding.
