Are eco-friendly cleaners as effective as chemical ones?
Yes. Modern plant-based cleaning formulas are highly effective at removing dirt, bacteria, allergens and odours. The only difference is the raw material source — performance is equivalent to conventional chemical products for all standard cleaning needs.
When is my rug safe for children and pets after cleaning?
Once your rug has been returned and is fully dry (typically within a few hours of delivery), it's completely safe for children and pets. There are no residual chemicals of concern in our eco-formulations.
Do eco-friendly products work on tough stains?
Yes. We use targeted stain pre-treatments within our eco-friendly range that address specific stain types — including pet accidents, tannin-based stains and grease. In some cases we combine treatments for maximum effectiveness.
Are all your services eco-friendly by default?
Our standard cleaning process already uses low-impact, pH-balanced formulas. The Eco Friendly Treatment option specifies 100% plant-derived, biodegradable solutions throughout every stage of the clean — from pre-treatment through to the final rinse.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging too?
We're continuously working to reduce plastic usage in our packaging and wrapping materials. We currently use recycled or recyclable materials wherever possible for rug return packaging.
