How long does a deep wash take?
Most rugs are returned within 3–5 business days. Heavily soiled rugs, antiques or delicate fibres may take slightly longer as we take additional care with drying and finishing. We'll always confirm the turnaround when we collect your rug.
Will a deep wash shrink or damage my rug?
No. Every rug is assessed before washing and we select the appropriate water temperature, detergent strength, and drying method for that specific fibre. Wool and delicate rugs are washed at cooler temperatures with gentler detergents to prevent any shrinkage or fibre damage.
How often should I deep wash my rug?
For most households, a professional deep wash once every 12–18 months is sufficient. High-traffic rugs, homes with pets or allergies, or rugs placed in dining areas may benefit from cleaning every 6–12 months. We can advise on the right frequency when we inspect your rug.
What detergents do you use?
We use pH-balanced, plant-derived detergents that are safe for all fibre types. Our cleaning solutions are biodegradable, non-toxic, and leave no harmful residues. They're safe for children and pets once your rug has been returned and dried.
Is free pickup and delivery included?
Yes, free pickup and delivery is included with every deep wash service across our service areas (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich and surrounding suburbs). We'll confirm a convenient collection time when you book.
