How does the pickup and delivery process work?
Simply contact us to request a quote and book a pickup time. We'll come to your home or business at the agreed time, collect your rug, transport it to our facility for cleaning, then return it within 3–5 business days. You don't need to do anything except leave it accessible for collection.
What rug types do you clean?
We clean all types of rugs including wool, Persian, silk, synthetic (nylon, polyester, polypropylene), blended fibre, cotton, jute, and more. We also handle antique and heirloom rugs with extra care. Every rug is assessed before cleaning to determine the most appropriate method.
How long does cleaning take?
Most rugs are returned within 3–5 business days. This includes collection, washing, drying (which takes time to do properly), pile grooming and quality inspection. Delicate or heavily soiled rugs may take a day or two longer — we'll always advise you if this is the case.
Do I need to prepare my rug before pickup?
No special preparation is needed. If there are any loose items on the rug, remove them before collection. If you have any specific concerns or instructions (e.g. fragile fringe, colour sensitivity), just let us know when you book.

What cleaning solutions do you use?
We use pH-balanced, plant-derived cleaning formulas throughout our process. Our standard service uses low-impact solutions, and our Eco Friendly Treatment option specifies 100% plant-based, biodegradable formulas at every stage. All solutions are fibre-safe and leave no harmful residues.
Will cleaning affect my rug's colours?
No — we use colour-safe formulas and test for dye stability before treating delicate or antique rugs. Proper professional cleaning often restores colour vibrancy rather than diminishing it, by removing the grey layer of embedded dirt that dulls appearance over time.
My rug has a bad smell — can you fix that?
Yes. Odours are typically caused by bacteria embedded in the rug fibres — especially from pet accidents. Our deep wash process, combined with odour-neutralising treatments, eliminates the bacteria at the source rather than masking the smell. After cleaning, most rugs smell fresh and clean.
Can you clean very large rugs?
Yes. We handle rugs of all sizes, including large and oversized pieces. Please mention the approximate dimensions when requesting a quote so we can confirm logistics and provide an accurate price.
How should I care for my rug between professional cleans?
Regular vacuuming (gently, without a beater bar on delicate rugs) is the best routine maintenance. Rotate rugs periodically to distribute wear evenly. Blot spills immediately — don't rub. Avoid exposing rugs to direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading. Professional cleaning every 12–18 months is recommended for most households.

Is the pickup and delivery really free?
Yes. Free pickup and delivery is included in all our services across our South East QLD service area. There are no hidden transport fees.
