Do you handle garden bed weeding as well as lawns?
Yes — weeding through garden beds, around mulch lines, and along fences and edges is part of regular maintenance for most clients. For one-off resets where a bed has gotten on top of itself, we can do a full clean-out (all weeds removed, soil topped up, mulch refreshed if needed) so the bed reads cared-for again. Pricing is per visit for ongoing maintenance, and a flat quote for one-off resets — both are free to quote.
Can you control weeds on driveways and hard surfaces?
Yes — weeds in pavement cracks, expansion joints, and along driveway edges respond well to a combination of physical removal and follow-up treatment. We use targeted application methods that stay where they're put rather than washing into garden beds. For ongoing properties, weed control on hard surfaces becomes part of the regular cycle so the property never looks neglected at the gate.
Will you clear an overgrown property?
Yes — one-off resets on overgrown blocks (post-tenancy, post-renovation, or just-letting-it-go properties) are common work for us. We quote the full reset including weed clear-out, lawn cut, hedge tidy, and bed reset, and the property comes back to a state where ongoing maintenance can pick it up. For really large blocks we may break the work over two visits to spread the load and the cost.
How often do most properties need weed maintenance?
On a fortnightly mowing cycle, a 5-10 minute weed check across beds and hard surfaces each visit is usually enough to keep weeds from establishing. Properties that have been left to seed in usually need an initial reset and then drop into normal maintenance. We'll let you know honestly which category yours is in when we look — sometimes a one-off reset followed by light maintenance saves money compared to constant catch-up work.
