What does a typical grounds maintenance schedule include?
For most school and commercial sites we work to a schedule that covers mowing, line-trimming, edging, weed control in beds and hard surfaces, hedge maintenance, and general tidy-up. The cycle is usually fortnightly during the growing season and monthly through winter, with extra presentation visits before high-visibility dates. We tailor the schedule to the site — what each visit covers gets agreed up front so the manager always knows what's happening.
Can you accommodate prep visits before school events or open days?
Yes — that's most of why schools come to us. We run a pre-event prep visit ahead of Open Days, parent meetings, school photo days, and term starts. The site is left clean, tidy, and safe for families before the first day begins. Same approach we apply to commercial sites that have inspections or client-facing events. Just give us the date and we'll work it into the schedule.

Full grounds maintenance covers everything from the gate inwards: lawns, line-trimming, edging, garden beds, hedges, weed control on hard surfaces, light pressure-washing of paths and undercover areas, and general site tidy. For a residential property, mowing alone might be enough; for a school, commercial site, or larger residential block, ongoing grounds maintenance keeps the whole property at presentation standard rather than just the grass.
Do you handle storm clean-up and post-event tidy?
