Frequently asked about programs.

How do I know which program is right for me?

If you're not sure, send us a message describing where you're at and what you'd like coaching to help with. Courtney will recommend the format she thinks suits you best — whether that's private 1-on-1, semi-private, online accountability, NDIS-supported or the app.

Can I switch programs once I've started?

Yes. Many CTL clients start with face-to-face PT to build technique, then move to online accountability or the app once they feel confident lifting on their own. We'll review your progress regularly and adjust the format when life or goals change.

Do I need experience in the gym to start?

No. Programs are tailored to where you are now, not where someone else is. First sessions focus on motor patterns, mobility and technique so the rest of the program has a solid foundation to build on.

How do payments work?

Face-to-face PT starts from $44 per week. Accountability & nutrition coaching is $60 per week or $200 per month. Nutritional guides & programs start from $80. Final pricing depends on the format you choose — Courtney will confirm in your initial conversation.

How do you handle injuries or rehab?

Courtney has lived rehabilitation herself and built her practice around supporting clients with joint, gut and movement challenges. Programming is built around your capacity now and progresses with what your body is asking for.

Do you offer pregnancy and post-natal coaching?

Yes. Courtney is a Pregnancy & Post-Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist, with focused work on external pelvic PT, diastasis and breath work. We coach clients through pregnancy and back into training afterwards.
