NDIS

Do you accept plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants?

Yes. CTL Coaching supports both plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. Agency-managed participants are not currently supported. We'll send invoices in the format your plan manager needs, or directly to you if you're self-managed.

Which NDIS line items does CTL Coaching invoice under?

Sessions are invoiced under recognised personal training and physical restoration line items, including 15_037_0117_1_3, 12_029_0126_3_3, 09_008_0116_6_3 and 04_210_0125_6_1. The right item for you depends on your plan, your goals and the type of session — we'll confirm before billing anything.

What does a typical NDIS session look like?

Sessions usually run 30 to 45 minutes and are tailored to your capacity on the day. Depending on your goals we might focus on resistance training, mobility and motor patterns, rehabilitation, or assessment for plan reviews. Sessions can be one-to-one or semi-private depending on what's funded.

Do I need a referral from my GP or therapist?

A referral is not required, but if you have any relevant medical, allied health or therapy reports, please share them at sign-up. They help Courtney build a program that respects what your team has already mapped out for you.

Can family, support workers or carers attend?

Absolutely. Family members, support workers and carers are welcome to attend sessions and learn alongside you, especially in the early weeks. Programming can be designed so a support person can help you continue between sessions.

How do I get started with NDIS coaching at CTL?

Send us a message or call Courtney to let her know your plan-management status, your goals and any relevant medical context. We'll book a no-cost first conversation, confirm the right line item, and book your first session.

Accountability

How does online accountability coaching actually work?

After an initial conversation we set your training and nutrition targets, then we check in multiple times each week through your tracker (app or spreadsheet) and short Loom or Zoom videos. You log training, food, mood and recovery. Courtney reviews everything and adjusts your plan so the next week keeps moving forward.

Do I need to be at a gym, or can I train at home?

Either works. Your program will be built around the equipment and time you actually have access to. Many CTL clients train at home with limited kit, others split between home sessions and a local gym. The structure is the same — we just match exercises to your setup.

What kind of tracking is involved?

You'll get personalised calorie and macro targets or a simpler nutrition guide depending on what suits your lifestyle. You'll keep a food diary, log your training, and capture short notes on energy and gut health. Tracking can be in-app or in a spreadsheet — whatever you'll actually keep up with.

How often do I hear from Courtney?

Multiple weekly coach check-ins are built in, plus Loom and Zoom videos for technique review and weekly debriefs. If you have a question between check-ins, you can message Courtney directly — accountability only works if the coaching is responsive.

Can I pause if I get sick, travel, or have a busy season at work?

Yes. CTL Coaching is built around a flexible lifestyle approach, so pausing or pivoting during travel, illness or family events is completely normal. We'll plan around the season you're in instead of fighting against it.

How much does accountability coaching cost?

Accountability and nutrition coaching is $60 per week or $200 per month. Final pricing depends on the package you choose and any add-ons — like nutritional guides or progress reviews — and Courtney will confirm in your initial conversation.

General

What areas does CTL Coaching service?

In-person training runs from Forest Lake. Online accountability and app-based programs reach clients across Brisbane and beyond. Service areas include Forest Lake, Inala, Durack, Doolandella, Heathwood, Acacia Ridge, Springfield and Goodna — and online clients anywhere in Australia.

What are your operating hours?

Sessions run Monday to Saturday by appointment. Online check-ins and message responses run on the same weekly schedule. Courtney will confirm specific times in your initial conversation.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. CTL Coaching operates with current professional indemnity and public liability cover appropriate to personal training and coaching in Queensland. Specific certifications include Certificate IV Sports Nutrition, Health & Wellness Coach, and Pregnancy & Post-Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist credentials.

What payment methods do you accept?

Direct bank transfer is the standard method for ongoing programs. NDIS clients are invoiced under recognised line items to plan managers or direct to self-managed participants. Specific options will be confirmed when you sign up.

How do I get a quote for a custom program?

Send a message via the enquiry form or call Courtney directly. The first conversation is no-cost and exists to map out what suits your goals, schedule and support needs — only then do we discuss specific pricing.

Do you offer guarantees on results?

We don't make outcome guarantees — every body, every history and every life is different. What we do guarantee is structured programming, multiple weekly check-ins, an evidence-aligned approach, and a coach who shows up consistently.
