CTL Coaching welcomes plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. Sessions are built around your capacity, your goals and the line items that fit your plan.
NDIS sessions at CTL combine the same fundamentals every other client gets — resistance training, mobility, technique work and accountability — adapted to your plan, your team and the goals that matter to you.
If you have reports from your GP, physio, OT or other allied health team, share them at sign-up so Courtney can build a program that respects the work your team has already done.
Yes. CTL Coaching supports both plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. Agency-managed participants are not currently supported. We'll send invoices in the format your plan manager needs, or directly to you if you're self-managed.
Sessions are invoiced under recognised personal training and physical restoration line items, including 15_037_0117_1_3, 12_029_0126_3_3, 09_008_0116_6_3 and 04_210_0125_6_1. The right item for you depends on your plan, your goals and the type of session — we'll confirm before billing anything.
Sessions usually run 30 to 45 minutes and are tailored to your capacity on the day. Depending on your goals we might focus on resistance training, mobility and motor patterns, rehabilitation, or assessment for plan reviews. Sessions can be one-to-one or semi-private depending on what's funded.
A referral is not required, but if you have any relevant medical, allied health or therapy reports, please share them at sign-up. They help Courtney build a program that respects what your team has already mapped out for you.
Absolutely. Family members, support workers and carers are welcome to attend sessions and learn alongside you, especially in the early weeks. Programming can be designed so a support person can help you continue between sessions.
Send us a message or call Courtney to let her know your plan-management status, your goals and any relevant medical context. We'll book a no-cost first conversation, confirm the right line item, and book your first session.
