Who I am

Helping women find the strongest version of themselves.

Carla Di Fabio is a Female Personal Trainer based in Stafford on Brisbane's northside and a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist. She has spent over twenty years coaching women and men in strength training, and has been helping clients reach their fitness goals since 2010. Now in her 50s and post-menopause herself, Carla designs small-group strength sessions specifically for women in perimenopause and menopause — workouts crafted around how a 40-plus body actually moves, and built to support longevity, mobility and confidence as you age.

My approach

I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness — variety, adapting as your body ages, and adjusting workouts to support injury. I developed my training regime by training myself over the last 25 years and finding what my body likes and no longer likes as it ages, working with a variety of people and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my clients. It's all about longevity, menopause fitness and sustainable workouts.

Why I built women-only group training

Being 50 myself, I am well and truly in the menopause phase — and with that comes a wealth of knowledge from my own experiences. I offer small group training for women only over 50, designed by a woman in her 50s, to help with the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.

Where I train clients

Looking after Stafford, Grange, Wilston, Windsor, Kedron, Gordon Park, Lutwyche, Alderley, Clayfield, Hendra and Ashgrove — the inner-northern suburbs of Brisbane.
