I'm a Female Personal Trainer in North Brisbane, Stafford, and a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist. I run over-50s small group training for women in menopause. Getting into shape and being your most vibrant, healthy, strong self shouldn't be a punishment — it's an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make.
