Frequently asked questions

How big are the groups?
Sessions are kept small so each member receives personal coaching attention. Groups are intimate by design.
Do I need experience?
No. Programs are built around your current fitness level and goals, whether you're a complete beginner or experienced athlete.
How often should I train?
Most members train three to five times per week. Your coach will help you find the right frequency for your goals.
What happens in the first session?
New members start with an assessment including an InBody Bio Scan and goal-setting discussion before joining classes.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a full free trial week so you can experience the training and community before committing.
Are there contracts?
No. We don't use lock-in contracts. Accountability works both ways.
