Fitness for mums — babies welcome
The Mums & Bubs session runs Monday to Friday from 8:45 to 9:30 am — designed specifically for mums who want to rebuild strength, energy and confidence in a supportive environment. Babies and kids are welcome in every session.
Sessions focus on movements that address the specific needs of postnatal recovery and ongoing fitness: core rehabilitation, strength building, mobility and energy. You’ll be coached by experienced trainers in a community that understands exactly where you are.

How soon after birth can I start?
We recommend waiting for your six-week postnatal clearance from your GP or midwife before joining.
Do I need to book in advance?
Contact the studio to confirm your place before your first session.
What if my baby becomes unsettled during class?
Completely fine — this is a mum-friendly environment. Coaches and fellow members understand.
Can I bring a toddler, not just an infant?
Yes. Kids of all young ages are welcome.
