What training does Witness The Fitness offer?
Small group training (45-minute sessions), personal training (30, 45 or 60 minutes), outdoor bootcamp, InBody body composition scanning, and Mums & Bubs fitness sessions Monday to Friday at 8:45 am.
Where is the studio?
Shop 8/155 Baroona Road, Paddington QLD 4064. The studio is open Monday to Friday from 5 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 7 to 9 am.
How do I get started?
Book a free trial week by calling 0416 590 110 or completing the enquiry form on our Get started page. Your first session begins with an InBody Bio Scan and goal-setting consultation.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a full free trial week so you can experience the training, coaching and community before deciding on a membership. No commitment required.
Are there lock-in contracts?
No. We don’t use lock-in contracts. We believe accountability works both ways — you stay because you see and feel the results.
Who founded Witness The Fitness?
Witness the Fitness was founded in 2013 by Tristan Forbes, who began with outdoor bootcamp challenges before opening the Paddington studio.
Is Mums & Bubs available every day?
Mums & Bubs sessions run Monday to Friday at 8:45 am. Babies and children of all young ages are welcome in every session.
What is an InBody Scan?
The InBody scan measures body composition — muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, hydration levels and more. It’s included in your initial assessment and available to all members for ongoing progress tracking.
What is small group training?
Small group training puts you in a group of six-plus members, each on their own individualised program. You get the coaching attention of personal training combined with the energy and accountability of group fitness.
Can I do both personal training and small group?
Yes. Many members combine personal training with small group sessions throughout the week to maximise results and variety.
