Commercial work, end to end
Tenancy fit-outs and reconfigurations are regular work — staged rough-in and fit-off, working to the project program alongside the lead builder, mechanical, hydraulic and signage trades. Power and data are scoped together, with the same crew on site through both stages so the install reads as one job rather than two.
The compliance side
Commercial buildings carry compliance obligations the moment they're operating — test and tag against AS/NZS 3760, RCD safety switch coverage, emergency-and-exit lighting test schedules, switchboard maintenance, thermographic surveys for older boards. We can run these on a scheduled basis so the obligations aren't sitting on the building manager's calendar to remember.
Working with builders, agents and managers
For larger works we provide quotes broken out against the program, progressive invoices, as-built drawings on completion, and a single point of contact for the duration. Smaller maintenance work is invoiced per-visit against the asset that was attended. Both bill the agency or building manager directly when that's the arrangement.
