Pregnancy and post-natal Pilates focuses on safe, controlled movement that supports your changing body. Sessions emphasise core and pelvic-floor awareness, posture and gentle, progressive strength — always paced to your stage and how you’re feeling.
Because every session is personalised and by appointment, exercises can be modified throughout pregnancy and adjusted again as you return to movement after birth.
