Do I need an appointment?
Yes — all classes at Pilates Fix Studio are by appointment, so each session can be tailored to you.
What services do you offer?
Private and small-group equipment Pilates, including reformer, cadillac, barrel and exo-chair sessions, plus pregnancy and post-natal support.
How big are the classes?
Classes are intentionally small and personal, so you get close guidance every session.
Is Pilates suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Sessions are personalised across beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, so you’re always working at the right pace.
Where is the studio?
552 Flinders Parade, Brighton QLD 4017 — serving Brighton, Sandgate, Shorncliffe, Deagon and the surrounding northern bayside.
What are your hours?
Monday to Thursday 6am–8pm, Friday 6am–1pm and Saturday 7am–10am. Closed Sunday.
Can you help with injuries, pregnancy or post-natal recovery?
Yes — these are areas the studio supports. Share your history when you enquire so sessions can be adapted appropriately.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, fitted activewear you can move in. Pilates is practised barefoot or in grip socks.
