A registered engineer with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Ray has worked on numerous commercial and residential projects as well as large-scale developments — notably the New Zealand Parliament Buildings refurbishment, the $422 million KENS Project (Westpac Building) and the Sydney Tower Skywalk. With a specialisation in the mining and resources sector, he has extensive project-management experience serving international mining companies including Peabody Energy, BHP and Macarthur Coal.
An architect by profession, Julius was previously Director and Technical Operations Manager of Fil-Oz Prime Drafting, Inc. in Manila — an offshore affiliate of SCP Consulting Pty Ltd in Sydney. He has a demonstrated history in the architecture, engineering and planning industry, and is a strong information-technology professional skilled in AutoCAD, Computer-Aided Design, Revit and architectural and engineering drawings.
