Pre-Sale Outdoor Refresh

The Brief

The vendor had an auction date locked in with only a week to go. Their agent had flagged the front garden and side pathway as the two things most likely to hurt the sale — dated paving, overgrown beds, and a general lack of kerb appeal that didn't match the quality of the house behind it.

What We Did

We visited the site the day the brief came in and had a quote back within 24 hours. The scope was targeted: lift and relay the front path in new bluestone pavers, refresh both garden beds with new soil, mulch, and seasonal colour planting, clean the driveway with a pressure washer, and repaint the front fence.

The full refresh was completed in 3 working days — two days before the agent's photography shoot. The property sold at auction above reserve.
