We generally recommend composite decking or hardwood treated to H3 or H4 for durability, and natural stone or quality concrete pavers over cheaper alternatives that crack and fade quickly. Yes. All structural work is covered by statutory warranties under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act. Beyond that, we stand behind our workmanship — if something isn't right after handover, call us and we'll fix it.
