The answers people actually ask.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes — that’s how most of our commercial clients prefer it. Early morning (before 7am) or late evening (after 5pm) is standard. Weekends are available too. Tell us when you book and we’ll find a slot that won’t disrupt your trade.
Do you cover small offices and large?
We’re built for small-to-medium commercial premises — 50 sq m to about 600 sq m. Smaller than that we’re happy to do as part of a route day; larger and we’ll talk you through what we can and can’t reasonably do with our team size.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and our cleaners are police-checked. Insurance certificates and police-check documentation are available on request before we start.
Do you cover allied-health practices?
Yes. We have experience with physio, podiatry, dental hygiene and beauty premises. We’ll talk through your infection-control standards on the first visit and align our products and process to your protocols.
What about supplies — toilet paper, bin liners, soap?
We can include consumables in your monthly fee for a single, simple invoice — or you can supply them and we’ll just do the cleaning. Whichever works better for your accounting.
How is office cleaning priced?
Fixed monthly fee based on square metres, visit frequency, and any specialist tasks (kitchen detail, glass, carpet, sanitising). We quote in writing after the walk-through — no hourly meters, no surprise scope creep.
Do you sign a contract?
Standard arrangement is a rolling monthly agreement, terminable with one month’s notice. We don’t lock anyone into 24-month contracts — if we’re not delivering value, you should be able to leave easily. The opposite incentive keeps us sharp.
Can you cover holiday periods?
Yes. We schedule extra-deep cleans before Christmas, Easter and end-of-financial-year on request, and we keep the regular roster running through public holidays unless you tell us otherwise.
