Refund Policy

We back every clean with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a job isn’t right, call us within 7 days and we’ll fix it — usually a re-clean of the affected area at no charge.

1. Our satisfaction guarantee

Every clean we deliver is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not delighted with the result, call us within 7 days of the service and we’ll come back and re-clean the problem area at no charge.

2. When refunds apply

In the rare cases where re-cleaning doesn’t resolve a problem, we offer a partial or full refund of the affected service. We aim to settle refund requests within 7 business days of agreement.

3. Bookings and deposits

For most one-off cleans we don’t require a deposit. For larger jobs (deep cleans, full-property cleans, multi-service days) we may take a 25% deposit to confirm the booking. Deposits are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a small service fee to cover the technician’s allocated time.

5. Recurring services

Recurring house and office cleaning runs on a rolling monthly arrangement. You can cancel at any time with one month’s written notice — no lock-in.
