General questions

Do you cover Bogangar and the wider Tweed Coast?
Yes. Our standard service area covers Bogangar, Cabarita Beach, Casuarina, Pottsville, Hastings Point, Kingscliff, Chinderah, Tweed Heads and Ocean Shores. We work elsewhere on the northern Tweed on request — just give us a call.
What are your hours?
Mon–Sat 7am–6pm, with Sundays by appointment. After-hours commercial cleaning is available on request — most office and retail clients prefer early-morning or after-5pm visits.
Are you licensed and insured?
We’re ABN-registered, fully insured for public liability and equipment, and every technician is police-checked. Insurance and police-check certificates available on request.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card on the day for one-off jobs. Recurring clients (house cleaning, office cleaning, bin cleaning) are invoiced monthly. We’ll always send a tax invoice with GST broken out.
How do I get a quote?
Easiest is the form on our contact page or a phone call. Tell us the service, the suburb, and a couple of sentences about your space — we’ll come back with a written quote within hours, usually the same day.
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
Call us within 7 days and we’ll come back and re-do the problem area at no charge. We back every job with a 100% satisfaction guarantee — we’d rather come back and fix it than have an unhappy customer.

Mattress Cleaning

How long does it take to clean a queen-size mattress?
A standard queen mattress takes 45 to 75 minutes, including pre-inspection, stain pre-treatment, hot-water extraction and a final sanitising pass. King and double-sided pillow-top mattresses can run a little longer. Drying time is typically 4–6 hours with our air-movers, and you can use the mattress the same evening with a clean sheet.
Can you remove urine, blood or sweat stains?
Most fresh urine, blood and sweat stains lift cleanly on the first pass with our enzyme pre-treatment and hot-water extraction. Older or set-in stains may need a second pass, but we’ll always tell you upfront if a stain is likely to fade rather than fully disappear — no surprises after we’ve invoiced.
Is the cleaning safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use plant-based, non-toxic cleaning agents that are safe for children, pets and sensitive skin. If anyone in the household has specific allergies or chemical sensitivities, let us know when you book and we’ll match the products to your needs.
How often should I have my mattress cleaned?
For most households, every 12 to 18 months is plenty. Allergy sufferers, asthma sufferers, parents of young children and pet owners often benefit from a 6 to 9 month interval. After any significant spill, illness, or move, a deep clean is well worth it before normal use resumes.
Do you cover Bogangar, Cabarita Beach and Pottsville?
Yes — and Casuarina, Hastings Point, Kingscliff, Chinderah, Tweed Heads and Ocean Shores. Most jobs are within a 25 km radius of Bogangar. If you’re a little further out, give us a call and we’ll see if we can schedule it with another nearby booking.

Upholstery & Lounge Cleaning

How long does it take to clean a 3-seater lounge?
A typical 3-seater takes 60 to 90 minutes including inspection, vacuuming, pre-treatment and extraction. Sectionals, recliners with mechanical bases, and modulars take longer because we need to clean each piece individually. Drying time is 4–8 hours depending on fabric and humidity.
Can you clean leather or microsuede?
We focus on fabric upholstery — natural fibres, synthetics and microsuede. We don’t clean genuine leather or bonded leather because they need a completely different process (conditioning rather than extraction). If you’re unsure what your lounge is made of, send us a photo when you book.
Will the cleaning shrink or damage my fabric?
We always check the manufacturer’s upholstery code before we start. W-coded fabrics handle hot-water extraction safely; S-coded fabrics get solvent dry-cleaning instead. If a fabric is marked X (vacuum only) or we have any doubt, we’ll tell you upfront and refund any deposit — we don’t take risks with your furniture.
Do you remove pet smells?
Yes — pet urine, dander and saliva are some of the most common reasons people call us. Our enzyme treatment breaks down the proteins that cause the odour, rather than just masking the smell. For heavily contaminated cushions we may recommend a two-pass treatment with a re-inspection between.
Do you cover Cabarita Beach, Casuarina and Pottsville?
Yes. Our standard service area includes Bogangar, Cabarita Beach, Casuarina, Pottsville, Hastings Point, Kingscliff, Chinderah, Tweed Heads and Ocean Shores. We work elsewhere on the Tweed Coast on request — give us a call.

House Cleaning

Do you cover Bogangar, Cabarita Beach and Pottsville?
Yes — house cleaning is offered across our full Tweed Coast service area: Bogangar, Cabarita Beach, Casuarina, Pottsville, Hastings Point, Kingscliff, Chinderah, Tweed Heads and Ocean Shores. We schedule recurring clients by suburb so we can keep travel time (and cost) down.
How often should I have my house cleaned?
Most clients book us fortnightly. Weekly works well for busy families or homes with pets and kids; monthly suits low-traffic homes or short-stay rentals between guests. One-off deep cleans for end-of-lease, pre-inspection or post-renovation are popular as well.
How do you charge — hourly or flat?
We prefer fixed-price quotes per visit so you know exactly what you’re paying. After the walk-through, we quote based on the size of your home, the rooms in scope and the depth of clean. No hourly meters running, no surprise add-ons.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Up to you. Many of our regulars give us a key, a code or a lockbox so we can clean while they’re at work. We’re police-checked and fully insured. If you prefer to be home, that’s fine too.
What products do you use?
Our default kit is a mix of professional-grade and eco-friendly products. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or a preference for specific brands, let us know — we’ll match it. We’re also happy to use your own products if you’d rather supply them.

Office Cleaning

Do you clean after hours?
Yes — that’s how most of our commercial clients prefer it. Early morning (before 7am) or late evening (after 5pm) is standard. Weekends are available too. Tell us when you book and we’ll find a slot that won’t disrupt your trade.
Do you cover small offices and large?
We’re built for small-to-medium commercial premises — 50 sq m to about 600 sq m. Smaller than that we’re happy to do as part of a route day; larger and we’ll talk you through what we can and can’t reasonably do with our team size.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and our cleaners are police-checked. Insurance certificates and police-check documentation are available on request before we start.
Do you cover allied-health practices?
Yes. We have experience with physio, podiatry, dental hygiene and beauty premises. We’ll talk through your infection-control standards on the first visit and align our products and process to your protocols.
What about supplies — toilet paper, bin liners, soap?
We can include consumables in your monthly fee for a single, simple invoice — or you can supply them and we’ll just do the cleaning. Whichever works better for your accounting.

Driveway Cleaning

How much pressure do you use?
It varies by surface. Concrete driveways tolerate 3000-4000 PSI with a surface cleaner; pavers, sandstone and exposed aggregate need much less to avoid damage. We always start at the lowest effective pressure and step up only if the surface needs it. Equipment is professional-grade, not retail.
Will the cleaning damage the surface?
Not when it’s done correctly. We match the pressure and the technique to the substrate, and on delicate surfaces (sandstone, pavers, painted concrete) we use a gentler soft-wash chemical pre-treatment to do most of the work, then a low-pressure rinse to finish.
How long does a typical driveway take?
A standard suburban driveway (around 50 sq m) takes 2-3 hours including pre-treatment. Larger areas, heavily stained surfaces, or jobs that include the path and patio together can take a full half-day or longer.
Do you remove oil stains?
We can lift most oil stains — fresher ones come out almost completely, older stains usually lighten significantly. We’ll always tell you upfront whether a stain is likely to fade rather than disappear so you know what to expect.
What about my plants and garden beds?
We protect garden beds and lawn from over-spray and use bio-degradable pre-treatments where possible. Tell us at the quote stage if there are particularly sensitive plants nearby so we can plan the approach.

Bin Cleaning

Why bother — can’t I just hose mine out?
You can, but the result is rarely the same. Domestic hoses don’t reach the temperature or pressure needed to kill bacteria, and household detergents don’t penetrate the bin lid’s seal where the worst residues build up. Plus the wastewater goes straight to the storm drain — which is illegal in most council areas. We capture, filter and dispose of the wastewater properly.
How often should I have my bins cleaned?
Most clients on the Tweed Coast go monthly through summer and quarterly through winter. Heavy users (large households, nappies, pets, food waste) often stay monthly year-round. Holiday rentals and short-stay properties sometimes need a clean after each guest changeover.
Do you clean recycling bins as well as red-lid bins?
Yes — red, yellow, green (organic) and any commercial bins (240L, 660L, 1100L). Each gets the same hot-pressure clean and sanitiser treatment. We can do the whole household set in one visit.
What products do you use?
Hot water, mechanical agitation, a plant-based biodegradable detergent, and a quaternary-ammonium sanitiser at the right dilution. The final spray is a neutral deodoriser — no overpowering ‘clean’ perfume.
How is bin cleaning priced?
Per bin, with discounts for multiple bins and for recurring schedules. We’ll quote you up front based on how many bins, how often, and which suburb you’re in. No surprise fees.
