John is a Brisbane-based personal trainer specialising in functional training, HIIT, body-weight exercises, cardio kickboxing and therapeutic exercise routines.

Fitness coaching shaped by experience
For John, health and fitness training has been his vocation in Australia, Japan and Taiwan for over the past 30 years. He credits his exercise confidence with positive coaching experiences with many clients over the years.
John's experience with pain and injury and overcoming a brain tumour inspired him to create specialised exercise programs focused on sustained health, fitness, cognitive health and wellbeing.
He teaches fitness programs in person in your home or location of choice. His mission is to help people establish a fun, balanced routine that improves quality of life.
