What surfaces can you pressure clean? +
We pressure clean concrete driveways, brick pathways, timber and composite decking, tile patios, pool surrounds, fences (Colorbond, timber, block), roof tiles, gutters, retaining walls, and outdoor furniture. If in doubt, call and we'll let you know if your surface is suitable.
Can pressure cleaning damage my driveway or deck? +
In the wrong hands, yes. We calibrate water pressure to the surface — lower pressure for timber and older concrete, higher for heavily soiled brick or plain concrete. We also use appropriate detergents that lift grease and organic growth without etching the surface.
How long does pressure cleaning take? +
A standard driveway takes 1–2 hours. A full property including paths, deck, and patio typically takes 3–5 hours. We work efficiently to minimise disruption to your day.
Will pressure cleaning remove oil stains from my driveway? +
It significantly reduces most oil stains. We pre-treat oil and grease spots with a commercial degreaser before pressure washing. Very old or deeply set stains may require a second treatment or chemical soak to fully lift.
Do you clean roofs? +
Yes. We use soft-wash techniques for roof tiles — high-pressure on roof tiles can crack them or strip protective coatings. Soft washing uses lower pressure combined with a specialist detergent that kills moss, lichen, and algae at the root for longer-lasting results.
Is pressure cleaning safe for painted surfaces? +
Painted surfaces need care. We use lower pressure settings and test a small area first. If paint is already flaking or the surface is aged, we'll advise you of the risk before proceeding. We won't pressure wash surfaces where we believe it will cause damage.
How often should outdoor surfaces be pressure cleaned? +
Once a year is a good baseline for most Brisbane homes, given the subtropical climate and year-round growth of mould, algae, and lichen. High-use areas like driveways and pool surrounds may need attention every 6–12 months.
