Will your bond clean pass the real estate inspection?

How long does a bond clean take?
Typically 3–8 hours depending on property size and condition. A standard 2-bedroom unit takes around 4–5 hours; a larger 4-bedroom house can take 7–8 hours. We'll give you an estimate when you book.
Do you clean carpets as part of the end-of-lease clean?
Carpet steam cleaning is usually a separate service. Many leases require professional carpet cleaning at the end of the tenancy — we can arrange both on the same day, which is the most efficient approach.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours ahead of your vacate date. For end-of-month periods (high demand), 5–7 days is safer. We do accommodate short-notice requests when our schedule allows — call us and we'll see what we can do.
What if the agent finds something after the clean?
Our bond-back satisfaction guarantee means we'll return to re-clean any area flagged by the agent at no additional charge. We ask that you notify us within 72 hours of the inspection and provide the agent's written checklist so we can address every point.
Do you clean inside the oven?
Yes — oven cleaning is included in every end-of-lease clean. We remove racks, clean the interior cavity, door glass, and stovetop thoroughly. A sparkling oven is one of the first things agents check.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, you don't need to be present. Many clients hand over the key and we handle the rest. We'll contact you when the clean is complete so you can inspect or arrange key handover to the agent.
